About the position

We are searching for an IT Solutions Architect Integrations to our Group IT function and unit of Business IT Applications, BITA.

The position is full-time and will be placed in either Stockholm or Helsinki.

A couple of travel days per month within our Nordic neighbouring countries may occur. You will report to the manager of Data and Integrations. You will have a tight collaboration between colleagues within IT and system owners within the business.

As a Solution Architect Integration, you are responsible for setting the framework for our integrations. You work with the design, development, implementation and management of integration solutions and data flows between different systems to streamline and facilitate everyday life for our employees, customers and suppliers.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Design and estimate process and integration demands​
• Create, test, update and maintain integration interfaces and related blueprints​
• Ensure design process is followed in all type of development​
• Secure that developed items are fulfilling the business needs​
• Be well updated of latest technology and solutions​
• Lead and co-operate with external lead consultants and developers​
• Ensure efficient collaboration between development and support units​
• Contribute to application roadmaps​
• Time, progress and cost follow up on assigned development objects​
• Lead smaller projects / development activities​
• Increase IT knowledge in Assemblin Caverion Group by sharing information and hosting internal seminars and trainings​
• Direct IT contact for corresponding business unit / group function and responsible for communication stream towards them​
• Regular development demand gathering from these functions​
• Regularly follows up on end-user satisfaction and feedback​
• Actively contributes and coordinates solution finding in complex and critical incidents

Our IT and integration environment

Our IT platform is on the Microsoft domain. We have made a move to M365, and Azure and it is also in the cloud that several new systems will land. Our major central systems today include 4PS (Business Central), SAP, Symbrio, Basware, Handyman, Workday. We mainly use BizTalk for our integrations, but Web Services and Azure Integrations services are also in use. We use ITIL as a framework for delivery and support of IT. For methodology and working methods in integration development, we use Azure DevOps. Within the coming years, we will transition Biztalk integration to Azure Integration Services when BizTalk will be discontinued as a product.

Required Education and Experience​

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or an equivalent apprenticeship​
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience​

Competences​

Expert in some of these areas, and preferable handle several:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Azure integration services, Integration platforms such as Microsoft Biztalk.
• Excellent knowledge of leading IT applications implementation work streams​
• Excellent knowledge of design and solution architecture work ​
• Experience with reporting, self-service analytics and planning tools​
• Project management skills with ability to act as a subproject manager in a larger program as well as leading smaller projects​
• Good understanding of IT operations e.g. ITIL or similar​
• Experience of developing and maintaining strong relationships at the executive level within the customer organization​
• Fluent English language skills. Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish or German seen as a benefit​
• Development and solution-oriented team player with analytical skills

Your background

You have experience working closely with ERP and HR systems with integrations and automation of administrative processes, preferably in complex distributed environments.

You have very good knowledge of Azure Integration Services, Biztalk, SQL, C#/Visual Studio, XML, API, file integrations, Web Services and DevOps.
