As we continue to strengthen our business, we are now looking for a Partner to drive sales and shape projects that help our clients realize the human potential of their organizations. Rooted in humanistic capitalism, we work to grasp the core meaning of organizations to anchor it in strategy and leadership, culture, people processes, and performance management – from crafting purpose and strategic narratives to measuring and operationalizing meaningfulness, building the tools and concepts to help leaders make a meaningful impact.

Philosophers by heart and advisors by profession, we use our insights to provide evidence-based inspiration, recommendations and solutions for our partners around the world. In this role, we expect to find someone who knows how to create impact. How to actively listen and ask the right questions. How to build professional intimacy and advise executive leaders. How to move organizations. Someone who knows what the good, the bad and the ugly culture looks like. Who knows who to partner up with – and how – to make more lives more meaningful.

General Requirements

  • Minimum ten years of advisory or relevant professional experience
  • Expertise within the field of leadership- and organizational development
  • Academic background (e.g., psychology, philosophy, anthropology, communication, economics etc.)
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Proven ability to deliver and enable new commercial projects

Main Responsibilites

  • Enable new projects that realizes human potential – from idea generation and solution to scoping and delivery
  • Setup and facilitate dialogue with new potential clients
  • Independently lead and expand own client base with support from colleagues and specialists
  • Facilitate purpose, belonging and personal growth for team members
  • Bring a resilient and entrepreneurial mindset into a borderline chaotic organization
  • Seek self-insight. Be aware of who you are (and who you are not). Know your worth. Show self-respect.

About Voluntās (Latin: will, goal, purpose, meaning)

Voluntās was created in 2015 with a clear purpose to realize human potential.

With 90 colleagues across Beirut, Copenhagen, Kyiv, Mumbai, Münich, Nairobi, and Tunis we advise international organizations, companies, investors, foundations, and NGOs on how to drive a meaningful change in societies and organizations. We study social cohesion and peacebuilding in fragile states. We assess leadership and ethics in modern corporations. We facilitate private-public partnerships and collaboration in every sector. All to understand humans and what drives meaning in their lives.

How to apply

  2. Tell us about your most inspiring project imaginable in Voluntas (not a current one)
  3. Describe the three biggest weaknesses you will bring to Voluntās
