You will have the opportunity to work closely with and as the Personal Assistant to Voluntas’ founder Morten Albæk while being part of our mission and journey of making more lives more meaningful each and every day. We are looking for a Personal Assistant to our Founder, Morten Albæk, supporting his internal and external engagements through tight planning, thorough preparation and diligent follow up.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively organize and maintain the calendar and communication with internal and external stakeholders for both professional and private matters, ensuring all are kept up-to date in an ever-changing daily schedule.
- Manage travel arrangements for all matters pertaining to flights, check ins, flight delays, hotels, transfers, bookings, etc for both professional and personal travel.
- Provide broad administrative support, e.g., managing incoming inquiries for time, scheduling of meetings, and organize and leverage the Founder’s time effectively, invoice and expense management, time registration, etc. in support of the day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate and prepare Founder’s speaking and media engagements in collaboration with the Founder’s Studio team.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders on all levels, as you act as a gatekeeper and liaison for the Founder in all of his communications/collaborations.
- Handle/review all social media accounts.
- Provide personal assistance and administrative support in private matters relating to the Founder.
The candidate:
The ideal candidate has a BA in Languages (or similar) and some years of experience as PA/EA for senior level management in an international environment, e.g. in a consulting company, law firm or larger corporations. It is expected that the candidate has a solid knowledge of MS Office, is well organized, thorough and is a detail-oriented person, who meets the following criteria:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to exercise considerable discretion and independent judgement
- Excellent language skills; fluent in English and Danish (verbal and written) – German skills will be an additional advantage,
