Management Consultant

At DynaCap, we are seeking a Management Consultant to join our Commercial Excellence Consulting Team. In this role, you will work alongside a team of highly ambitious and talented consultants to help clients solve complex business challenges, focusing on software and applications from Salesforce. You will be engaged in commercial transformation projects, acting as a trusted advisor in designing and implementing strategies that drive business success, particularly within sales and service operations.

You will be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on understanding client objectives and leveraging Salesforce to create effective, scalable solutions.

Your responsibilities will include developing commercial strategies, analyzing data, optimizing processes, managing projects, engaging with clients, and more — all centered around Salesforce solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead specific project components, ensuring successful execution
  • Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges
  • Design and implement strategies that meet client needs and drive business success
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for process optimization and revenue growth
  • Support project teams in delivering high-quality results
  • Contribute to proposal development and client presentations
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
     

Ideally you

  • A master’s degree in business or a related field, supported by a solid academic track record
  • 1-2 years of experience in consulting or within a relevant commercial role
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
  • A strategic approach to commercial challenges, with a focus on enhancing both performance and efficiency
  • The ability to present complex ideas in a clear, accessible way - whether through speaking, writing, or visuals
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
