At DYNACAP, we are looking for a part-time Business Development Assistant to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape our commercial direction, connect with clients at a strategic level, and develop the skills that define the next generation of business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Assistant you will be working closely with our CCO and play a key role in defining and executing DYNACAP’s growth strategy. From identifying new market opportunities to building long-term client partnerships.
- Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers across industries.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through structured prospecting and meaningful conversations.
- Understand client needs and position DYNACAP’s consulting and digital transformation services to address them.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and collaborate closely with our consulting, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Develop commercial proposals and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
- Support ongoing client engagements and monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
Ideally you
- Have a relevant education in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. You have 1-2 years left in your master’s program
- Have 1-2 years of student experience within sales, business development and commercial strategy.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility.
- Have a structured approach to research, data, and outreach.
- Experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) is an advantage.
