Strategy Analyst

At DYNACAP, we are looking for a Strategy Analyst to support our CEO and leadership team in the ongoing development of our strategic direction. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded student who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to gain experience with strategy, business analysis, and executive communication. The Strategy Analyst will work hands-on with implementing our 5-year strategy into our organization. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with both internal stakeholders and consultants on projects that combine insight, structure, and impact.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic and commercial analyses to support internal business decisions.

  • Implement the corporate strategy into practice, by operationalizing strategici initiatives

  • Assist in the preparation of management presentations and decision-making material for internal use, board discussions, and client delivery

  • Help identify growth opportunities and support strategic initiatives across areas such as positioning, partnerships, and offering development

  • Support the CEO with ad hoc analysis, research, and documentation related to company strategy, market trends, or organizational development

  • Collaborate with consultants on selected customer projects where strategic support or structured problem solving is required

  • Develop clear and visually strong presentation material (e.g., PowerPoint decks) that translate analysis into insight and action
     

Ideally you

  • Are studying for a relevant degree in Business Administration, Economics, Strategy, Finance, or similar

  • Have 1–2 years of relevant experience from student jobs in strategy, consulting, finance, or commercial roles

  • Are analytically strong and can structure complex problems into clear insights

  • Thrive on responsibility and are motivated by working closely with senior decision-makers

  • Have strong communication skills and enjoy developing impactful PowerPoint presentations and strategy decks

  • Are proactive, curious, and eager to create value in both internal and external contexts

  • Have a commercial mindset and understanding of business drivers, positioning, and value creation

  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and feel confident presenting your work to senior stakeholders
