You will work closely with management and external partners to ensure transparency, accuracy, and strategic insight across all financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Exact responsibilities may vary depending on the level and background of the candidate we choose to hire. As our new Senior Finance & Controlling Specialist, we expect that you will:

  • Ensure financial controlling, including validation of financial records and reconciliation of data

  • Approve and manage invoices and billing processes

  • Perform business controlling to support decision-making across teams

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices in a timely manner

  • Support month-end closing, including preparation of management reports

  • Take ownership of FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning

  • Support & maintain Resource Management System

  • Manage dialogue with external auditors

  • Support transfer pricing processes

  • Contribute to the development of internal processes across finance, IT, and operations

  • Set up and monitor budgets, providing insights to leadership

Who You Are

The responsibilities and scope of this role will be tailored to the candidate’s profile and experience. However, we envision that the role is at least suitable for anyone who:

  • Holds a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent

  • Has 2–5 years of experience, preferably from audit/revision or similar analytical roles

  • Has strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

  • Enjoys working with cross-functional data and business processes

  • Is structured, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

  • Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing

  • Is motivated to grow into increased responsibility over time

Experience with ERP systems, accounting platforms or BI tools is an advantage — but willingness to learn is just as important.

What We Offer

At DYNACAP, you will be part of an ambitious, young and professional team where your impact is real from day one. We offer:

  • A central role with broad financial responsibility

  • Fast professional development and the opportunity to shape the finance function

  • Close collaboration with leadership and external partners

  • A supportive and dynamic work culture

  • Competitive salary and benefits package

  • Modern office environment in Copenhagen (with flexible work options)

  • Tools, systems and team support that help you succeed
