At DYNACAP, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to take ownership of our commercial growth agenda. This is a key leadership role with hands-on responsibility for building pipeline, closing deals, and scaling our business development efforts in a fast-growing consulting firm.
You will report directly to the CCO and work closely with experienced consultants, playing a central role in shaping DYNACAP’s commercial direction while leading by example through active sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Business Development Manager, you will lead and drive DYNACAP’s business development efforts across markets and client segments. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving new business development through outbound sales activities, including phone, video, and in-person meetings
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Owning revenue targets, pipeline objectives, and deal execution
- Building, managing, and maintaining a strong and predictable sales pipeline
- Leading and closing consulting and managed service engagements
- Ensuring strong handover from sales to delivery teams to support client satisfaction and long-term value
- Developing and executing the business development strategy in close collaboration with the CCO and Head of Marketing
- Identifying and prioritizing target markets, industries, and client segments
- Working closely with strategic partners, including Salesforce, to drive joint pipeline-generating activities
- Leading, coaching, and developing the business development team
- Collaborating closely with C-level executives, Consultants, and Delivery Teams to align commercial activities with delivery capabilities
Ideally you
- Have a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within consulting, advisory, or professional services
- Have strong hands-on experience with outbound sales and relationship-based selling
- Are comfortable managing and closing complex sales processes
- Have a strong commercial mindset with a pragmatic, execution-focused approach
- Are confident, proactive, and resilient in a performance-driven environment
- Possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Enjoy taking ownership and responsibility for commercial results
- Are motivated to grow into broader leadership responsibility over time
- Experience building or scaling a sales function, working with performance-based compensation structures, or collaborating closely with senior executives and partners is an advantage, but not a requirement.
