At DYNACAP, we are currently looking for a Senior Manager – Data & AI. As our new colleague, you will play a leading role in devising and operationalizing our Data & AI strategy and play a key role in delivering large and complex client engagements at the intersection of data, AI, and Salesforce technologies. In this senior role, you will take significant responsibility for client success, act as a trusted advisor on Data & AI strategy, and contribute actively to building and growing our Data & AI capabilites. You will work closely with both clients and internal teams, bridging business needs, data architecture, and AI-enabled solutions through strategic advisory grounded in strong technical understanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute DYNACAP’s Data & AI strategy, together with the CTO and leadership team
  • Take a visible leadership role with the ambition to build, inspire, and grow a strong and passionate team within Data & AI Advisory
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on Data & AI strategy, roadmaps, and operating models
  • Lead senior stakeholder discussions on how data and AI can drive business value
  • Bridge business requirements, data architecture, and AI-enabled solutions
  • Take full engagement responsibility on large and complex client engagements
  • Design and assess data architectures, including storage, pipelines, and governance
  • Advise on ETL processes, data pipelines, automation, and data quality
  • Provide architectural and conceptual guidance on AI and Large Language Models
  • Advise on agent-based solutions, including agent orchestration and AI workflows
  • Contribute to sales activities, proposals, and the commercial development of client relationships

Ideally you

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Administration & Information Systems, or a similar field
  • Bring solid experience from consulting or a similar advisory role, operating at Manager or Senior Manager level
  • Have a strong conceptual and practical knowledge of data architecture, ETL, and data pipelines
  • Understand AI architectures, Large Language Models, and prompt-based systems at a practical level
  • Have experience with agent-based AI solutions, including orchestration and governance
  • Are familiar with Salesforce, ideally including Data Cloud and/or Agentforce
  • Understand modern data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, or similar) and how they support AI use cases
  • Have a strong commercial mindset and experience driving client value and business growth
  • Thrive in a fast-growing, ambitious environment, take ownership naturally, and are motivated by building both offerings and people
