  • Ownership of administration, financials and budgeting within the Facility & Community area

  • Responsibility for the social committee

  • Planning, coordination and optimisation of weekly events and meetings, including set-up and execution

  • Ongoing HR-administrative tasks and coordination related to onboarding (longer-term and an area to be further developed)

Ideally you

  • Are comfortable working in a role with many stakeholders and a broad scope of responsibility

  • Are structured, proactive and able to balance operational tasks with continuous improvement

  • Have a strong service mindset and enjoy creating great working environments for others

  • Have experience within hospitality, facility management, office management, community management or a similar role (an advantage, but not a requirement)

  • Communicate clearly and enjoy coordinating across teams and functions

What we offer

  • A key role in a growing organisation with short decision-making processes
