The Role
Saab Danmark is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the company into its next phase of growth. Reporting primarily to Saab Group executive leadership, the CEO will drive performance, set ambitious targets, and ensure the organization delivers on its commitments, while empowering teams to take ownership and achieve results.

The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with an inquiry-driven approach, asking the right questions to drive robustness in decisions and concepts, challenge assumptions, and ensure clarity—while inspiring confidence, accountability, and innovation across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Saab Danmark’s strategic agenda in alignment with Saab Group priorities.
• Ensure strong financial and organizational performance, achieving sustainable growth and delivery excellence.
• Foster innovation and operational excellence throughout the organization.
• Drive transformation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the business.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relations across customers, partners, and authorities.

Qualifications & Profile

• Eligible for obtaining Danish Defence safety approval.
• Proven senior leadership experience with full P&L responsibility in an international group, combined with a growth mindset and a practical, results-driven approach.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale organizations (~1000 employees) through transformation and growth.
• Confident communicator, capable of engaging at all organizational levels.
• Fluent in Danish and English (spoken and written).
