We are now looking for an analytical and business-driven Group business controller to join our team. As a Group Business Controller at Nobina you will have variation at work, with the opportunity to develop your skills within business controlling in an international and dynamic setting.
Areas of responsibilities
In this role, you will play a key part in driving financial performance and supporting the business across our markets. Your main responsibilities will include
- Supporting the business in achieving financial goals. This will include being part of the development of the annual plan, and activities which support delivery of the in-year performance, including full integration with forecast and budget.
- Acting as a business partner to relevant stakeholders, providing in-depth analysis of financial performance and trends to inform strategic decisions and drive profitability and cost effectiveness.
- Provide analysis of focus areas of underlying performance and trends including market/country/segment contribution, contract contribution, bid/tender impact of sales/product/customer mix, pricing development, index compensation, variable and fixed cost development including timely presentation of the result of the analysis, financial oversight of CAPEX, tender governance from a financial perspective, etc.
- Managing cost control efforts to enhance profitability without compromising on quality.
Essential Experience
- A minimum of 7+ years’ experience in finance from Business Control / FP&A, from a large complex matrix organization with strong demonstration of business partnering and financial processes.
- Strong financial analytical skills and proven ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English.
- Strong drive and ability to drive initiatives and projects across functions and countries.
- A solid understanding of finance, business operations and business intelligent applications
- Be able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- High ppt presentation skills in order to enforce and get through the message.
- Advanced excel skills as well as experience with data retrieval from a Datawarehouse.
- Strong impact, interpersonal and communication skills with proven capability and potential to make a significant contribution to the business.
- Having experience from large companies with high turnover is a plus.
In this role you will report to the Head of Group Business Control and the position is located at Nobina’s headquarters in Solna.
