About the Role
As Group Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in Nobina’s Business Development team. You will report to the Business Development Director who is a part of the Group Management Team. You will lead transformative projects across the organization, from concept development to full-scale implementation. You will collaborate with teams across all functions, ensuring that initiatives align with Nobina’s growth and profitability goals while driving long-term impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Project Leadership - Drive initiatives that enhance revenue potential, competitiveness as well as organic and inorganic growth.
- Complex Problem Solving - Identify high-priority opportunities and turn them into actionable and impactful projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Lead diverse teams across critical functions to deliver desired results.
- End-to-End Oversight - Manage projects from early conceptual phases through implementation, ensuring results align with organizational goals and growth ambitions.
Essential experience
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated professional with the following qualifications:
- 4–5+ years as a management consultant or in internal project management within a relevant organization
- Proven experience leading projects and collaborating across functions to achieve ambitious goals
- Comfortable presenting and engaging with top-level management and boards.
- University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong technical and IT skills
- Fluency in Scandinavian and English is required.

- Experience in business development within the public transport landscape
- Understanding of traveler needs and end-user perspectives in public transport
