Red Barnet is looking for a new Head of International Project Finance & Compliance, to continue the important journey of leading the International Project Finance & Compliance Team, while building the right conditions and framework for high standards in financial management and in line with accounting and donor compliance in our international programme department and the rest of Red Barnet.
Our Business Support and Development department has over the past two years implementied several new systems, amongst others a new ERP system. We begin to see the end of the tunnel and we are on a great path re-inventing our ways of working and strengthening the collaboration and connection to the international programme department and the rest of the organization. International Project Finance is building on this landscape to ensure a continued focus on efficient processes, teamwork and engagement. The key mandate of the International Project Finance & Compliance (IPFC) team is to work closely with the International Department to support the delivery of our diverse portfolio of international programmes. As quality advisors, and financial experts IPFC supports the international programme department in all financial aspects throughout the project cycle.
The team consists of 9 people, which includes controllers and student assistants, of various nationalities, background and portfolios and therefore diverse leadership skills is a requirement.

You will be employed according to the terms of individual leader contract Agreement between Save the Children DEnmark and the AC organizations and HK. You will work 37 hours per week without overtime payment. You will start as soon as possible, preferably 1. august 2024.
