To be able to handle your application and for you to be considered for any future vacant positions, KYOCERA UNIMERCO will process and save your personal data. 

We process all the data and attachments, which you have uploaded to the job database or given us in person/by phone to KYOCERA UNIMERCO. Furthermore, information we have obtained from your references will also be kept in the job database. We will always ask for your prior consent before we obtain information from your references. 

We may share your application with our employees involved in the recruitment and third parties who assist us in the recruitment process, including recruitment companies, providers of personality tests, etc.

The legal basis of the processing of your personal data is the EU Regulation concerning general data protection (2016/679), chapter II.

Your personal data will be kept in the job database for 12 months from the date of applying. After 12 months you will automatically receive an e-mail from us, where we ask if you want us to keep your information in the job database. If you do not reply to this e-mail or if you reply, you do not want us to keep your information, all your personal data will automatically be deleted.

Registration in the job database is entirely optional, and you can at any time change or delete the entered information. You do this by logging in to the job database with your personal password or by contacting us.

You have the right to get access to your personal information which we are processing, right to correct incorrect information and the right to have your information deleted.

The data controller who is responsible for processing your personal data is the HR department in the relevant KYOCERA UNIMERCO company, which you apply to. Any enquiries should always be made to:
